Refund policy
At Layyo, every product is thoughtfully designed and 3D printed with attention to detail, precision, and care. Since many of our products are made in limited batches and require production time, we maintain a strict but transparent refund and replacement policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.
Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Due to the nature of our products and production process, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We only accept claims under the following conditions:
- The product arrived physically damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product or variant was delivered
Claim Requirements
To process any claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video must be shared, starting from the sealed package being opened
- Clear photos of the issue along with the order ID must be provided
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
Please note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Resolution Options
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- A refund to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor texture or layer variations that naturally occur in 3D printed products
- Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been used, modified, or mishandled after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Why We Require an Unboxing Video
An unboxing video helps us verify transit damage, packaging condition, and manufacturing concerns accurately. This protects both our customers and our business from incomplete or false claims and allows us to resolve genuine issues faster.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Layyo are considered final sale unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy helps us reduce unnecessary waste, maintain responsible small-batch production, and continue creating thoughtfully designed products at fair pricing.
